This group is for anyone who wants to move more, feel better, and build real-life strength in a supportive beach environment.
🔹 What to expect
Each class blends bodyweight movement (squats, push-ups, bear crawl, crab walk), basic breathwork, and a short social cooldown. It’s beginner-friendly, adaptable, and always good vibes.
🧺 What to bring
Large towel or beach mat
Water bottle
Sunscreen, hat, or sunglasses
Barefoot or light shoes (your choice)
📍 Where to meet
Nokomis Beach, close to the shoreline. A drop pin will be posted in the event reminder. Look for the FX Human crew gathered on the sand by 8:30 AM
🌱 Who it’s for
All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Come solo or bring a friend. The only goal is progress!
